How can Substack help creators with their overall business strategy?

I am still testing the waters with Substack
I just started mine, but unlike a few, I am not completely abandoning Medium or Beehiiv.
Build a greater connection with your audience through a premium Newsletter.
As Kamala Harris weighs a run for governor, some Democrats are moving on - The Washington Post
Easy to use and get started but I don’t see how it is easier to build than any other newsletter/subscription platform.
My suggestion is to test it. See how your audience gravitates to your content on there before you make any major financial commitments.
So far here is how I see Substack helping creators:
Diversified portfolio - multiple streams of revenue are just good business.
